Blu Lagoon Yacht & Ocean Club a sandy beach paradise, is situated on Ile à Cabrits Island south of Côte des Arcadins with a total area of 16 hectares and is intended to be the recreational facility of the Lafito Global project.

The island will also host a marina able to accommodate 30 recreational vessels, a 4-star boutique hotel to be constructed on an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, tennis courts, restaurants and an array of water activities.
