GB ENERGY RENEWS TEXACO LICENSE AGREEMENT

GB Group and its Energy Division, GB Energy, are proud to announce the renewal of their trademark license agreement.

Aventura, FL, February 18th, 2015 – GB Energy retains the exclusive right to commercialize fuel under the Texaco brand in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and St. Maarten. This license also encompasses the use and market rights of Techron® additives for gasoline and diesel in these markets.

GB Energy operates more than 350 retail stations, 13 airports and 6 petroleum terminals. Today, the company has a presence in 6 countries including the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, St. Maarten and Haiti.

Since the acquisition of the Texaco assets in 2012, GB Energy has made important investments in the revamping of service stations and has added new locations to its existing network, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
