It is with great honor and pride that the Support Group Against Cancer or Le Groupe de Support Contre le Cancer (GSCC) in Haiti presents its first ever gala to be held in Tara this coming November 26, 2011.

This prestigious event aims to raise funds to support the GSCC’s honorable and unrelenting fight against cancer in Haiti.

At the beginning of this project there lies a simple observation: cancer victims continue to increase worldwide. At home in Haiti, we are far from being exempt. This is why the Groupe de Support Contre le Cancer and its clinical partners are working every day to offer the people of Haiti access to treatment: an option to live.

The funds raised will enable the GSCC to continue to support the cancer victims in covering 25% of their processing fee for 5 consecutive years.

The GB Group was proud to be a part of this noble cause and hopes many others will join in the fight against cancer in Haiti.
