Huileries Haitiennes S.A. to produce Gourmet Brand Tomato Paste & Ketchup locally

Huileries Haïtiennes, S.A. also known as HUHSA – one of the largest and most respected consumer goods companies in Haiti – has joined SHAISA in a strategic alliance to produce Gourmet brand tomato paste and ketchup.

Shaisa has been in the tomato paste industry since 1976 and today thanks to this new alliance will begin significant tomato production to later process into exceptional tomato paste and ketchup under the renowned Gourmet brand.

Capitalizing on  HUHSA’s experience, infrastructure and large distribution network; GOURMET tomato paste and ketchup will soon be part of every Haitian dish. More importantly, this facet of Haitian agroindustry will benefit significantly.

The GB Group is highly invested in promoting agroindustry in Haiti and is constantly seeking to provide Haitian farmers with domestic opportunities to advance along the supply chain.
